Samsung has silently launched a new budgetary phone in India. A new variant of Samsung Galaxy A12 has been presented with an Exynos chipset.
The Samsung Galaxy A12 was launched in February 2021 with MediaTek Helio P35 and had a price at RS 12,999 and RS 13.999 at the launch of 4GB and 6GB variants, respectively. The new Galaxy A12 driven by Exynos 850, the chipset will cost more than the Galaxy variant with MediaTek feeding.
Samsung Galaxy A12 Exynos Price in India and Availability
The variant of Samsung Galaxy A12 Exynos will cost RS 13,999 for the variant of 4GB + 64 GB and the variant of 6GB + 128 GB cost RS 16,499. The phone is available in blue, black and white options. It is currently available only in Samsung.com with regard to online sales.
Samsung Galaxy A12 Specifications
Apart from the change in the processor, the rest of the specifications remain the same. The device is now driven by an 850 octa-core chipset, which is based on the top of an 8nm manufacturing process. It has a clock speed up to 2.3GHz. The device is available in two configurations 一 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128 GB. The website does not mention the Android version, but the oldest variant of the device ran on Android 10.
In addition, the device comes with a fourfold camera configuration on the LED back by a 48MP (ISOCELL GM2) primary camera, a Ultra Wide 5MP lens, a 2MP macro handle and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front there is a selfie camera of 8MP. Gets a 6.5-inch HD + panel with an aspect ratio of 20: 9 and an Infinity-V design. Running a 5,000mAh and also supports the adaptable fast load of 15W.
Other features include a lateral mounting fingerprint sensor, double band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5 and Samsung Knox. The device weighs 205 and measures 8.8mm.
In addition to Galaxy A12, other Samsung phones, such as Galaxy M12, Galaxy F12, and Galaxy A21S are also driven by the Exynos 850 processor.
